ARCTIC full band live tracks now available
On Thursday, May 1, ARCTIC performed a full set on Vancouver’s CiTR 101.9. Three tracks, “You Coming Down”, “No Trace”, and a new song, “Through the Spaces”, are now available on the band’s Listen page.
On September 23-25, Marcus resolved to challenge himself by recording a full-length ambient album in one weekend, and along with Kirsten, produced a full 76 minutes for AmbientArctic.
ARCTIC’s second album is now available for pre-order. Today Brought Me Here was written and recorded by Marcus Martin, and produced by Marcus Martin and Kirsten Bole, at Environment One in Vancouver. ambientARCTIC has just released its first full-length CD: Explorer, an instrumental album from Marcus Martin and Kirsten Starcher of ARCTIC. The album is available both on CD and as digital downloads through Amie Street, and can be heard in its entirety at www.ambientarctic.com.
ARCTIC doesn’t want to see their namesake melt away. The Vancouver band is auctioning a signed master CD display of their new album, “Today Brought Me Here”, framed along with a license plate from singer/guitarist Marcus Martin’s childhood home in the Northwest Territories.
